Performance Overview:
Amer S590 is the inactive heavy load wire drawing oil specially dosed for aluminum rod drawing and forming in
wire and cable industry, advantaged by the excellent anti-friction performance and temperature resistance capacity and professionally used to fine drawing and intermediate
drawing process for 1.0-0.4mm aluminum rod.
Main Advantages:
● Excellent lubrication performance: it contains large quantities of grease anti-friction agent and synthetic extreme
pressure additive, provides the outstanding anti-friction and order reduction performance for high speed drawing process,
make sure the brightness and reduce the quantity of aluminum powder;
● Excellent anti-oxygenation performance: with the outstanding resistance to high temperature, it can keep
machining under the continuous high temperature friction and is not easy to generate oily sludge.
● Clean oil in light color: it adopts the qualified base oil and will not lead to wire blackening caused by sharply
changing viscosity and affecting the cleaning and adhering performance during the machining process.
● Extensive use: it does not contain the active sulfur additive and can be used for steel machining and copper alloy
machining after being diluted by mineral oil.

Precautions:
● It shall be stored indoor. If store it in open air, the barrel shall be placed horizontally to avoid water invading or

● It's strictly prohibited mixing the product with foreign matters otherwise it will lead to oil product getting bad or invalid.
● Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting poor.
