Performance Overview:

The product is the lubricant specially used for micro-emulsion copper wire drawing and dosed by using many 

qualified and efficient synthetic lubricating materials 

according to the advanced scientific formula and unique production process.  It's advantaged by excellent anti-friction and heat dissipation performance as well as the outstanding cleaning performance, and especially applies 

to breakdown drawing, coarse drawing, intermediate drawing, fine drawing and other processes for copper wire

Main Advantages:

● Emulsion stability - with the micro-emulsion formula and good solubility, it can effectively inhibit oil perspiring, graining and thickening from 

occurring during the using process;

● Bright wire and mould protection - the unique lubricant additive can provide the efficient and stable lubrication 

effect and make the surface of drawn wire materials in high brightness without colorful light.  In addition, with the 

high oil film strength on surface of wire mould, the service life of mould is 1~3 folds higher than those use 

the common copper wire drawing oil;

● Excellent detergency - it can act the performance of washing the fine copper powder generating from copper 

material stretching, and prevent the copper soap bonding on wire-drawing die or blocking the draw hole;

● Outstanding anti-oxygenation - the drawn copper wire has the good anti-corrosion performance and will 

not be oxidized and turned color during the inter-process storage;

● Long service life - with the good stability and anti-aging performance, it's not easy to get bad or smelly after 

being used for a long time, saving cost and reducing 

the impact on environment due to its discharge. 

Main Application:

● It can be widely used for breakdown drawing, coarse drawing, intermediate drawing, fine drawing and other 

processes in copper wire drawing industry and needs properly adjusting the dilution concentration according to the size of wire diameter;

● It also applies to multi-die continuous drawing, forming, cutting and other processes for copper plate material;

Precautions:

● During the breakdown drawing process for copper material, it generally draws to 8~12mm of coarse wire and 

the dilution proportion of adding water is 1:10 ~ 12 folds;

● During the coarse drawing process for copper wire, the 8mm of coarse wire is drawn to the intermediate wire 

with the diameter of 1~3mm in general and the dilution proportion of adding water is 1:8~15 folds. 

● During the intermediate drawing process, the 1~3mm of intermediate wire is drawn to the fine wire with the 

diameter of 0.4~1.2mm and the dilution proportion of adding water is 1:10~15 folds;

● Please do not mix it with other cutting fluid for using. When supplementing fluid, please add the original liquid 

and water as per the proportion. Do not directly supplement water.
