consumption and low waste water drainage, which brings the environment and 

cost advantage for clients. 

Main advantages:

when plate and strip rolling and control the shape of plate and strip.

Main Application:

It applies to the new rolling oil that is no heating system and resistant to hard water. It applies to 

the rolling of high quality strip steel on high speed mill, especially for the rolling of stainless steel, 

silicon steel, high-strength steel etc. It can effectively reduce the rolling force under the high speed and high pressure, 

and is capable of the excellent lubricating performance, anti-rust performance and outstanding surface finishing degree. 

Product storage:

Any lubricating product shall be stored indoor or under the shelters. When it's inevitable to store it outdoor, 

horizontal placement shall be considered firstly to avoid the rain water or wet air invading and prevent the marks 

on oil barrel from being corroded. When the temperature is higher than the freezing point above, the container 

shall be sealed and covered for storing. When handing container and products, operator shall avoid contacting 

with oil. Keep the good personal hygiene. It's possible to contact it for a long time or repeatedly, please wear 

the protective clothing and goggles etc. The healthy, safe and environmental-friendly products are 

not hazardous to health and safety if using it correctly. 

Daily maintenance of solution:

1. For normal use of emulsion, it must be well maintained and it's recommended testing the concentration every 

day to keep it within the proper range. If the concentration is lower than the lower limit or howling 

(it prompts the lubricating performance decrease obviously) occurs during rolling, the stock solution 

shall be added in time. If there is residue accumulation (especially the fog stripe occurs after returning goods) 

on product surface, it prompts the concentration is too high and shall be reduced.

2. When the black oily substance generates on the surface of rolling liquid or the oily spot of black creamy 

substance occurs on product surface, all solution in liquid tank shall be replaced otherwise it will affect 

the product quality and service life. 

Precautions:

1. During the preparing process of the product, the foam may generate in early stage if using the spraying 

method for lubricating, which belong to the normal phenomenon. The foam will disappear after the product 

being used for several days.

2. The saponification liquid, emulsified oil and the equipment with circulating system are used in previous. 

In early stage after changing to use the product, the color of lubricant will turn black and brown for a short time, 

this is because the product cleans up the oil dirt on equipment and mould caused by its strong cleaning performance, 

but will not affect the normal use and product quality. 

3. The products cannot be mixed with the lubricating oil from different manufacturers and the part not used 

shall be covered and sealed timely after unpacking.

4. In the relatively low-temperature environment, the product may have the problems of poor fluidity,

 a small amount of precipitated 

solids at the bottom, not easy to dump etc., those belong to the normal phenomenon but not affect 

the product performance. The packed barrel can be immersed and heated to 35℃ above for four hours, 

and it will restore to the homogeneously transparent liquid.
