Performance overview:

Strip Steel Cold Rolling Oil AL7300 series takes the refined narrow fraction and low 

viscosity mineral oil with high viscosity index as the base oil, applies the large 

quantities of extreme pressure additives, oily agent, anti-rust agent and others, 

which is specially researched and developed for strictly 

required stainless steel and cold rolling of cold-rolled sheet cluster mill.

Main Advantages:

1. Excellent lubricating performance: make sure the finishing degree and 

cleanliness of plate cut and surface, the moderate oil film strength cab protect roller 

and rolled piece, prolong the service life, ensure it's wet and clean, reduce the rolling 

noise, improve the product finishing degree and mirror effect and make sure the 

lubrication between backup roller and transmission device.

2. Outstanding performance of oxidation resistance extreme pressure: it can bear 

the high pressure and the oil film on roller surface will not break, which effectively 

prevents and avoids scratching and scratches, and eliminates the "color difference" 

on surface. The excellent oxidation resistance performance can make rolling oil be 

circulated for use under the high temperature and high pressure for a long time 

and not oxidizing, preventing the high temperature oxides polymerizing, 

prolonging the service life of rolling oil and reducing the entire cost. 

3. Superior cooling performance: it can timely dissipate heat, maintain a relatively 

low temperature for plate and prevent the high temperature wearing of plate surface 

and roller surface. 

4. Favorable defoaming performance: it can prevent splashing or overflowing, 

polluting the surface of workshop or stainless steel. The relatively low and moderate 

viscosity can make sure the cooling effect and guarantee the oil will be capable of good settleability. 

5. High flash point and low oil mist: the relatively high flash point can ensure the oil safety with the low ignition rate. It contains the oil mist inhibitor to make the oil not extensive diffusion and even polluting the working environment, and can make sure the good working environment and oil consumption.

6. Good annealing performance: with the favorable volatilization performance, it can make sure there shall be no residues and sundries on the plate after annealing and make sure the plate is finishing.

7. Anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance: it can ensure the rolling mill housing and steel plate will not rust within the storage period and prevent the product and roller rusting when equipment is stopped. 

8. AL7300 adopts environmental protection formula without toxicity or hazard and can improve the excellently comprehensive performance of oil and enhance the work efficiency. 

Main Application:

1. It applies to SUS304 SUS420 SUS430 and austenite, martensite, ferrite stainless steel and JIS G4313 materials;

2. It extensively replaces the Mobil Genrenx 26, ESSO Somentor N65, Dai Roll Ns-6 products and applies to Sendzimir rolling mill (SENDZIMIR 600m/min), and single-stand cluster reversing mill manufactured by Europe and the United States.
