Amer Hard Film Sealing Antirust Oil NW-P193

Performance Overview:

This product is composed of environmental solvent, filmogen and multiple special antirust additive. After applying it 

on the surface of metals, there is a uniform antirust hard film leaving after the solvent volatilizes. Featuring beautiful 

appearance and not easy to remove film, the product is widely used in long-term antirust and sealing protection of steel objects.

Main Advantages:

● Long rust protection cycle: a uniform semi-solid protective film with strong rust protection is left on the metal surface, 

which can effectively prevent chemical corrosion from marine air, water and other liquid and solid particles; 

● Easy to clean: the semi-solid oil film left on the metal surface can be easily cleaned by petroleum solvent or kerosene;

● Low cost: it is volatile, with thin oil film and less dosage. For each liter, 50-60m³ of the product can be applied, with low unit cost.

Main Application:

● It can be widely used in the antirust treatment of various steel, hardware parts, mechanical products, etc. 

Provide short and medium term rust protection;

● After the solvent volatilization and drying, the appearance of oil film is colorless and transparent.

Precautions:

● It is volatile, please keep it away from open fire;

● Clean the metal before painting oil. There shall be no dirt or water, or  it will affect the effect.
