Performance Overview:

This product is composed of base oil, multiple antirust additives and filmogen. After film formation, a uniform semi-solid protective film is left on the metal surface, which can effectively prevent the corrosion from air and water for a long time.

Main Advantages:

● Long rust protection cycle: a uniform semi-solid protective film with strong rust protection is left on the metal surface, which can effectively prevent chemical corrosion from marine air, water and other liquid and solid particles; 

● Easy to clean: the semi-solid oil film left on the metal surface can be easily cleaned by petroleum solvent or kerosene;

● Noise cancellation: with film forming matter entering the minimum gap to form an oil film, abrasion between the moving parts can be reduced and noise is cancelled.

Main Application:

● It can be widely used in the antirust treatment of various steel, hardware parts, mechanical products, etc. With a longer antirust cycle, it can be diluted in the antirust treatment between processes (Different proportions lead to different antirust cycles, consult Amer technical department for details);

● After the solvent volatilization and drying, the appearance of oil film is golden yellow.

Precautions:

● It is volatile, please keep it away from open fire;

● Clean the metal before painting oil. There shall be no dirt or water, or  it will affect the effect.
