     This series of products are carefully prepared from high-quality efficient Class IV synthetic base oil and special additives with such functions as anti-rust, anti-wear and anti-oxidation, providing an ultra-long oil service life and effective lubrication protection for vacuum pumps working under high temperature and harsh working conditions.


Major Advantages:


          1.Excellent comprehensive performance: used under demanding conditions, it is superior to mineral oil products in some characteristics. It is specially developed to provide reliable, effective and safe lubrication over long working periods.

          2.Trouble-free operation: the foaming resistance of high-quality efficient synthetic base oils, coupled with special additives, make it possible to minimize lubrication failures caused by air entrainment. Moreover, it can also minimize foam and prevent overflow.

          3.Excellent thermal oxidation stability: The vacuum pump is constantly upgraded for higher speed; due to the high-speed friction between the sliding vane and the pump body, the oil temperature rises, especially the diffusion pump often works at a very high temperature; high thermal oxidation stability makes the oil less prone to oxidation and decomposition, so that the vapor pressure in the system does not rise and the vacuum level does not decrease.

          4.Strong corrosion resistance and demulsibility: if the vacuum pump sucks in corrosive gas, it will not chemically react with the oil and corrode the parts in the pump; the sucked air often contains water vapor and condensate which will not cause the emulsification of vacuum pump oil and metal corrosion.

          5.Reduced maintenance costs and downtime: the synthetic oil can form an effective lubricating protective film on the metal surface, thus preventing wear on parts at both high and low starting temperatures. With optimal rust and corrosion resistance, it can protect the machine from rust and corrosion, especially in the case of intermittent operation during shutdown.


Main Application:

       It is recommended to be applied to reciprocating vacuum pumps, mechanical booster pumps, rotary vane vacuum pumps and oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pumps with a vacuum level of 1.3×10-7Pa and an oil replacement interval of more than 3,000 hours.


Precautions:

       1.It should be stored indoors, if stored in the open air, the barrel should be placed horizontally to prevent the mark on the barrel from water immersion and submersion.

       2.This product should be prevent from water and foreign matter contamination, otherwise it will lead to emulsification, deterioration and failure.

       3.It is recommended not to mix with other oils to prevent deterioration of its performance.
