     This series of products are made from highly refined paraffin-based mineral oil with a variety of special additives, with excellent excellent resistance to wear, rust, water and oxidation. They are specially designed for all kinds of reciprocating compressors with high requirements.


Major Advantages:


        1.No carbon build-up: the highly refined Class III mineral base oil combined with unique anti-oxidant and anti-high temperature additives can minimize carbon and varnish build-up on the air valves and piston tops, making the parts last as long as new and extending the service life of the compressor.

        2.Longer maintenance interval: the excellent clear anti-wear additive allows to significantly extend the maintenance intervals for valves and pistons, keeping the compressor running consistently and efficiently for a long time and improving the efficiency of the compressor.

         3.Excellent resistance to rust and corrosion: Air compressors will inevitably absorb water during use. Amer P Series can quickly separate the water from the oil to prevent emulsification, and effectively inhibit chemical corrosion formed by water and other corrosive gases on the internal parts of the machine.

       4.Safety protection: the presence of carbon and rust in the compressor pipe can lead to an exothermic reaction with the heat generated by the compressed air, which can cause fire and explosion. This product can prevent such incidents.

       It is applicable to single and multi-stage reciprocating (piston-type) compressors with discharge temperatures up to 220°C, and air or inert gas reciprocating compressors.


Precautions:

       1.It should be stored indoors, if stored in the open air, the barrel should be placed horizontally to prevent the mark on the barrel from water immersion and submersion.

       2.This product should be prevent from water and foreign matter contaminations, otherwise it will lead to deterioration and failure.

       3.It is recommended not to mix with other oils to prevent deterioration of its performance.
