Amer Heat Setting High-temperature Oil TC240

       This product is prepared by using high-quality synthetic polyether oil as base oil and adding such additives as antioxidant, anti-wear reagent at extreme pressure, rust inhibitor and densifier. It is specially developed for chains operating at high temperature of 230°C for a long time. It has excellent properties such as no carbon deposition, no dripping, excellent lubricity, and instantaneous temperature up to 240°C.

Main Application:

       This product is widely used for the lubrication of chain transmission systems of high-temperature equipment such as high-temperature ovens in hardware, building materials and furniture manufacturing industries, and cupping machine, stretching machine and heat-setting machine in textile, printing, dyeing and plastics industries, especially suitable for the chain of automobile baking paint line, chain transmission system of high-temperature baking rooms and other equipment in building materials industries, etc.

Precautions:

        1.When applying this product, the part to be lubricated shall be cleaned to avoid contamination.

         2.It can not be mixed with different grades and varieties of grease before compatibility test.

         3.Do not mix with used lubricating oil.
