Anti-wear Seal Grease KW2501 for Internal CVJ of Cardan Joint

       Anti-wear Seal Grease KW2501 for Internal CVJ of Cardan Joint is made with new contactor-based preparation technology, specifically, viscosifying deeply refined base oil by dodecahydroxy fatty acid lithium soap while adding additives such as antioxidant, rust inhibitor and EP anti-wear agent, as well as sulfur molybdenum powder, with a quality superior to extreme-pressure lithium grease. It is effectively resistant to wear under extreme pressure, water erosion and rust, with a service temperature range from - 20℃ to 160℃.

Major Advantages:

             1.Reduce maintenance costs: the effective extreme pressure additives of this product, coupled with the solid film lubricant of molybdenum disulfide, enables this product to prevent parts and components from wear under harsh operating conditions and impact loads. The refined base oils give this product a longer service life.

             2.Reduce downtime for maintenance: this product has an extremely high resistance to oxidation and a long service life.

             3.High resistance to extreme-pressure wear: this product contains effective solid extreme pressure additive molybdenum disulfide (2-3%), with strong wear resistance, and it will not be diluted after long-term use; even if the base oil is completely oxidized and decomposed, the sulfur molybdenum powder will not be decomposed only at 450℃.

Main Application:

       This product is specially designed for the lubrication of external CVJ bearing, as well as heavy-duty gears and bearings in metallurgy, mining machinery, heavy-duty machinery and automobile industries. It is applied to heavy-duty parts with impact load, which can effectively prevent seizure and sintering of mechanical parts.

Precautions:

         1.When applying this product, the part to be lubricated shall be cleaned to avoid contamination.

         2.It shall not be mixed with greases of other grades or varieties.

         3Do not mix with used grease.
