Robot Reducer Grease XB

       This product is produced with the world's advanced contactor-based preparation technology by viscosifying the synthetic base oil with compound soap while adding high-efficiency additives that are resistant to oxidation, wear, extreme pressure and rust. It is featured by smooth tissue structure and fine fibers.

Major Advantages:

             1.High resistance to extreme-pressure wear: the combination of a variety of new anti-wear reagent at extreme pressure gives the product an outstanding advantage in terms of resistance to extreme-pressure wear.

             2.Excellent resistance to oxidation: this product has a long service life at both low and high temperatures.

             3.Remarkable resistance to low temperature: the synthetic base oil enables this product to be applied at low temperature.

Main Application:

       This product is a multi-purpose lubricant, suitable for various low, medium and high-speed small and medium-sized gearboxes with good sealing performance, such as robot arms, garden tools, power tools, etc. The applicable temperature range for continuous operation is -40 to 120 ℃, and the maximum service temperature for short time is 150 ℃.

Precautions:

         When applying this product, the part to be lubricated shall be cleaned to avoid contamination.

         It shall not be mixed with greases of other grades or varieties.

         Do not mix with used grease.
