Amer High-temperature Grease LC2 for High-speed Spindle

       This product is produced with the world's most advanced contactor-based preparation technology by using low-viscosity synthetic oil as base oil, viscosifying it with dodecahydroxy fatty acid lithium complex soap, and then adding high-efficiency additives such as antioxidant, rust inhibitor, densifier and anti-wear reagent at extreme pressure, conforming to the Japanese industrial standard JISK220. It is featured by smooth tissue structure and fine fibers, and effectively resists against water erosion and rust. The service temperature range is -40℃ to 180℃, and can reach 200℃ in a short time.

Main Application:

       This product is suitable for high-temperature and high-speed industrial ball and roller bearings, motor bearings, ball and roller bearings running at low temperature, general industrial grease lubrication with medium to high sliding speed.

Precautions:

         When applying this product, the part to be lubricated shall be cleaned to avoid contamination.

         It is not recommended to mix with other grades or varieties of grease.

         It is not recommended to mix with used grease.
