Amer High Temperature Screw Thread Lubricating Grease SK2

       The product is the infusible high temperature fully synthetic oil and grease and is the most superior lubricating grease in the synthetic grease research and development of Amer Lubrication Technology Co., Ltd. and is awarded for many patents. It contains the special high temperature additive and soft metal powder and will never get thin or melt in the high temperature that common grease is not applicable, and will keep the viscosity and stop at the distributed position. Applicable temperature: -40~1100℃.

           1.Safe and reliable operation: the product contains the inert solid lubricant and soft metal powder and can keep the excellent lubrication performance under the high temperature (up to 1100℃) condition.

               2.In addition, the product is strongly waterproof and can maintain the intact lubricant membrane under the condition of serious water pollution.

               3.Low coking amount: it uses the benzene or ester base oil with the extremely low coking.

               4.Reducing maintenance: the product contains the solid extreme pressure lubricant and can prevent the connector from scratching during the connecting process. In addition, the product contains the solid lubricant and forms the solid lubricant membrane on the surface of friction pairs. Even the all liquid lubricant lost under the high temperature, the solid lubricant and soft metal powder can still make sure the effective lubrication of the product to the surface of friction pairs.

Main application:

       It applies to the bonding and sintering of bolts, nuts and screw threads and prevents the screw thread from wearing, cold welding, getting stuck or sintering. It has the best effect if used for the bolt at the high temperature position.

Precautions:

         When applying this product, the part to be lubricated shall be cleaned to avoid contamination.

          It is not recommended mixing with other grades or varieties of grease.
