High-Temperature Lithium Complex Extreme Pressure Grease MP

       High-temperature lithium complex extreme pressure grease MP is made with new contactor-based preparation technology, specifically, viscosifying deeply refined base oil by hydroxy fatty acid complex lithium soap and then adding high-efficiency additives such as antioxidant, rust inhibitor, viscosifier, and anti-wear reagent at extreme pressure. It is featured by smooth tissue structure and fine fibers, with a quality superior to lithium grease. It can effectively resist against water erosion and rust, as well as preventing against hardening and loss from bearings in harsh working environments.

Major advantages:

             1. Reduce maintenance costs: this product contains very effective extreme-pressure additives which can prevent bearing wear even under harsh operating conditions and impact loads. Special anti-rust and anti-corrosion additives enable this product to effectively prevent rust and corrosion on metal surfaces even in the case of severe water pollution.

Reduce downtime for maintenance: the high drop point of this produce makes sure that the bearing will not leak even at high temperature, while the strong oxidation resistance provides a long service life to this product. The lithium complex densifier has a strong water resistance. Coupled with an effective viscosifier, this product will not cause water washing problems even in the case of severe water contamination.

Precautions:

         1. When applying this product, the part to be lubricated shall be cleaned to avoid contamination.

         2. It shall not be mixed with greases of other grades or varieties.

         3. Do not mix with used grease.
