Performance Overview:

The product is prepared by specially treated base oil and many other additives 

with the stable performance and finely cooling speed changes. The workpiece 

surface is smooth and in uniform color after quenching, and even the thin wall 

or complexed workpiece can realize the controllable deformation as well. 

Under the same condition, it's advantaged by low oil consumption and low 

operating cost, and especially applies to martempering. 

The recommended temperature is 80-140℃.

Main Advantages:

l In the high temperature cooling stage, it has the fast and uniform cooling 

speed to make sure the quenching of workpiece with relatively thick section. 

During the convectional cooling stage, the cooling is uniform and slow and 

quenching deforming is obviously slower than the generally quick 

quenching oil. It applies to the quenching and cooling required both for the 

certain hardness and finely deforming workpiece. 

lWith the excellent anti-rust capacity, it can realize the smooth surface 

of parts after quenching and make sure the surface hardness required by 

quenching material and specific metallographic structure.

l With the excellent thermal oxidation stability, it can ensure the enduring and 

stable brightness and superior cooling capacity and has the long-term service life.

Main Application:

l It applies to the quenching of gear, shaft, bearing and standard part of 

moderately hardening steel as well as hardware tool, elastic part, bearing steel, 

tool and mould steel and its structural steel; 

lThe applicable machines include the sealed-box carburizing - carbonitriding furnace, 

continuous carburizing and quenching furnace, shock bottom furnace, rolling furnace, 

continuous mesh belt conveyor, cast chain conveyor and vacuum quenching furnace. 

It also can be used for pit-type gas carburizing furnace, fluidized particle furnace etc.

Precautions:

l It shall be stored indoor. If store it in open air, the barrel shall be placed horizontally 

to avoid water invading or the marks on barrel being immersed.

l It's prohibited mixing with and being polluted by foreign matters otherwise 

the oil product will get bad and invalid.

l If needing to be mixed with other oil products, it needs cross miscibility test in advance.
