Performance Overview:
The product is the qualified heat treatment special oil and made of adding many
refined special effect additives into high quality short friction base oil. It can
provide the highest hardness and smallest deformation and the oil performance
is stable. The quality conforms to the 1# and 2# standards of JISK2242.
Main Advantages:
l With the low saturated vapor pressure, the workpiece can reach the same
quenching hardness of normal atmospheric pressure even under the low
pressure. It can better maintain the brightness on the surface of workpiece
under the condition of non-oxidizing heating with the small oil consumption
and clean workpiece.
lWith the excellent cooling performance and anti-rust capacity, it can
realize the smooth surface of parts after quenching and make sure the surface
hardness required by quenching material and specific metallographic structure.
l With the excellent thermal oxidation stability, it can ensure the enduring
and stable brightness and superior cooling capacity and has the long-term service life.

Precautions:
l It shall be stored indoor. If store it in open air, the barrel shall be placed horizontally
to avoid water invading or the marks on barrel being immersed.
l It's strictly prohibited mixing the product with foreign matters otherwise it
will lead to oil product getting bad or invalid.
l Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting poor.
