Performance Overview:

This product is light yellow transparent liquid. It is excellent in cleaning dry rail oil and cutting fluid formed on the surface 

of ferrous metals and aluminum profile due to long-term storage after machining. Composed of alkaline environmental additive, 

phosphorus-free surfactant, dispersing chelating agent and corrosion inhibitor, it is an ideal cleaning product for heavy oil contamination, 

with obvious effect and convenient operation and use.

● Phosphorus-free: it is applied in ultrasonic soaking cleaning process, with no phosphorus;

● Wide application scope: it can be used in soaking cleaning of ferrous metals, copper alloy and aluminum alloy;

● Oil removal and bleaching can be done in one step with series aluminum, the workpiece surface is white, shiny, glossy and free of corrosion after cleaning.

● Precautions: 

● In order to achieve best cleaning effect, the recommended precision cleaning procedure is: 

gross rinse→fine cleaning→bleach wash→bleach wash→drying→packaging.

● Maintenance: please supplement cleaning fluid or change the slot according to the actual amount of dissolved oil 

and experience, and filter the working fluid in time to avoid the influence of solid impurities on cleaning.

● Due to the fact that the waste fluid after cleaning dissolves massive oil contamination, and COD is higher, 

it is not allowed to directly pour the waste fluid into the ditch. Please discharge according to local environmental standards.
