aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel.

This product is a high-end product designed and developed for the high environmental requirements of the new era, containing 

no toxic substances, phosphorus, halogen, heavy metals and limited harmful substances, in line with EU environmental 

standards - ROSH and EU laws and regulations - Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). 

The product is alkaline, non-combustible and non-toxic, safe and reliable in use, and its working fluid is non-irritant to the skin.


The product is available on removing much oil contamination, such as cutting oil, cutting fluid, punching oil, drawing oil, quenching oil, etc. 

The high-foam surfactant contained in it has extremely high emulsifying ability to wrap the oil contamination and strong binding force 

with the oil contamination, which can be taken away quickly in the washing process. Therefore, the cleaning field is quite high.

It also can replace non-environment-friendly water-based cleaning fluid with phosphorus or cleaning fluid harmful to human body, 

such as high alkali substances and toxic substances.

● Precautions: 

● The product has a high concentration. Shake well (stir evenly) before using and pour out, so as to ensure the effect of use.

● In order to achieve better cleaning effect, the recommended precision cleaning procedure is: 

gross rinse→fine cleaning→bleach with pure water under heating→bleach with pure water→dry it with hot air→packaging.

● Maintenance: please supplement cleaning fluid or change the slot according to the actual amount of dissolved oil and experience, 

and filter the working fluid in time to avoid the influence of solid impurities on cleaning. After working for a long time, 

if there is a large amount of grease floating above the tank liquid, the grease shall be separated by filtration or overflow.

● In case of long-term contacting with cleaning fluid, it is recommended that operators shall wear rubber gloves in 

operation to avoid skin degreasing. Do not touch the cleaned workpiece with hands directly, so as to avoid sweat stain corrosion.

● Due to the fact that the waste fluid after cleaning dissolves massive oil contamination, and COD is higher, it is not allowed to directly 

pour the waste fluid into the ditch. Relevant waste fluid treatment must be conducted first, and then dispose it properly according to 

local environmental standards. Leave the waste fluid stand for a period of time, and separate the oil slick on the surface and remove 

the waste residues at the bottom before subsequent treatment.
