Performance Overview:

This product is colorless transparent liquid, composed of food grade environment-friendly additive, surfactant, dispersing 

emulsifier, chelating agent, accelerator and corrosion inhibitor. It is a universal cleaning product for a variety of materials, 

with obvious effect, convenient operation and use and no pollution, producing no excessive corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement to the substrate.

Main Advantages:

● Fast cleaning speed: cleaning can be done within 5-10 seconds at room temperature-70℃;

● Low foam, fewer residues and easy to bleach: it is easy to rinse with water and bleach, with fewer residues and time & labor saving;

● Rust protection: it has the function of rust protection during processing;

● Wide applicability: it can be used for spraying and ultrasonic cleaning of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and other materials, producing no corrosion;

● High safety performance: the product is neutral, free of heavy metals such as zinc, nickel, copper, chromium, lead and manganese, 

no carcinogens of sodium nitrite and no volatilization, with high environmental performance; Adopting food grade raw materials, 

the PH value of 5% working fluid is about 8. Its waste fluid is neutral without heavy metals.

● Main Application:

● It is widely used in spraying or ultrasonic cleaning of high viscosity drawing oil and animal and vegetable oil on the surface 

of aluminum profile, steel workpiece, iron workpiece, aluminum and aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, magnesium alloy, pipeline, 

wire rod, plate and other materials.

● Precautions: 

● In order to achieve best cleaning effect, the recommended precision cleaning procedure is: 

gross rinse→fine cleaning→bleach wash→bleach wash→drying→packaging.

● Maintenance: please supplement cleaning fluid or change the slot according to the actual amount of dissolved oil and experience, 

and filter the working fluid in time to avoid the influence of solid impurities on cleaning.

● Due to the fact that the waste fluid after cleaning dissolves massive oil contamination, and COD is higher, it is not allowed 

to directly pour the waste fluid into the ditch. Please discharge according to local environmental standards.
