Amer Optical Glasses Cleaning Fluid - Polygent N05

Performance Overview:

Polygent N05 is a new generation environmental cleaning fluid, specially researched and developed for the high 保立净N05.jpg

precision cleaning of modern optical glasses workpiece. It contains surfactant, penetrant and anti-hard water agent 

synthesized by the reaction of plant extracts using unique special technology, and does not contain harmful additives 

such as chloride, phenol, benzene, formaldehyde, etc.

Possessing excellent overall performance, this product can effectively improve the cleaning efficiency, reduce the cleaning cost, 

and protect the environment and workers' health.

Main Advantages:

● Strong cleaning ability: the product contains effective surfactant, which allow it to penetrate into any tiny gap that is 

difficult to clean. It can peel and clean the dirt quickly, and performs excellent in removing dirt particles and greases. 

It has good wetting dispersion, and is easy for bleach wash, especially suitable for precision cleaning.

● No damage to workpiece surface: the product is alkaline cleaning fluid, containing no corroding agent and acid agent. 

Not only does it have no effect on majority of optical glasses surfaces, but it will not corrode or dissolve massive soluble materials.


● Lasting effect: Polygent N05 is a super concentrated formula with a unique pH stabilizer. After long-term use, its pH value 

basically remains stable. At the same time, under the same dilution ratio, it has a long service life of 30-60% more than 

the traditional water-based cleaning fluid, which not only saves the cost of liquid change, but also reduces the time wasted on liquid change.

● Protect workers' health: the product contains no organic solvent, sodium nitrite and other harmful ingredients, and is free from 

pungent smell and solvent volatilization. With alkaline PH, it has no irritation to skin, providing excellent cleaning performance to protect the user's health;

● Minimum environmental impact: there are no organic solvent, heavy metals and other controlled substances in this product; 

It has no flash point, no harmful classification, and no harmful substances required specially labeling in the composition, 

meeting the EU ROHS environmental protection standards. Besides, the product contains no phosphorous additives 

commonly added in conventional water-soluble cleaning fluids.

● Main Application:

● Precautions: 

● The product has a high concentration. Shake well (stir evenly) before using and pour out, so as to ensure the effect of use.

● In order to achieve better cleaning effect, the recommended precision cleaning procedure is: gross 

rinse→fine cleaning→bleach with pure water under heating→bleach with pure water→dry it with hot air→packaging.

● Maintenance: please supplement cleaning fluid or change the slot according to the actual amount of dissolved 

oil and experience, and filter the working fluid in time to avoid the influence of solid impurities on cleaning. 

After working for a long time, if there is a large amount of grease floating above the tank liquid, 

the grease shall be separated by filtration or overflow.


● In case of long-term contacting with cleaning fluid, it is recommended that operators shall wear rubber 

gloves in operation to avoid skin degreasing. Do not touch the cleaned workpiece with hands directly, so as to avoid sweat stain corrosion.

● Due to the fact that the waste fluid after cleaning dissolves massive oil contamination, and COD is higher, 

it is not allowed to directly pour the waste fluid into the ditch. Relevant waste fluid treatment must be conducted first, 

and then dispose it properly according to local environmental standards. Leave the waste fluid stand for a period of time, 

and separate the oil slick on the surface and remove the waste residues at the bottom before subsequent treatment.
