Performance Overview:

Amer Powerful Oil & Rust Cleaning Fluid Polymax 7853 is a light yellow liquid, composed of organic acid, chelating agent, 

accelerator, corrosion inhibitor, etc. It is widely applied in pre-treatment derusting process of carbon steel, iron and steel workpiece, 

and cleaning operation of corrosion products for equipments or workpiece surface.

This product is a high-end product designed and developed for the high environmental requirements of the new era, containing no limited hazardous 

substance, in line with EU environmental standards - ROSH and EU laws and regulations 

- Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).

Main Advantages:

● Precautions: 

● In order to achieve best oil removal and derusting effect, the recommended derusting procedure is: 

derusting→bleach wash→rust protection

● Maintainence: apply with stoste and replace regularly according to on-site process.

● Operators shall wear rubber gloves 

● Due to the fact that the waste fluid after derusting dissolves massive heavy metal ions, and COD is higher, 

it is not allowed to pour the waste fluid into the ditch. Relevant waste fluid treatment must be conducted first, 

and then dispose it properly according to local environmental standards.
